FAQ

Can I do telehealth sessions?
Yes. We do both in person and online sessions. Some patients find online appointments are very convenient and can be just as helpful. First time patients must be seen in person. Tuesdays are online only for existing patients.

What kind of patients do you see?
We see a variety of patients including those with Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, OCD, Insomnia, Aggression, Child and Adolescent ADD/ADHD, Adjustment Disorders, Anger and Stress Management Issues.

What makes your practice different?
There are lots of options out there for medication management, but there is a difference. Mental health treatment requires creativity and competence both. We have almost 20 years of experience in treating mental health issues. We believe clinical skill combined with compassion and professionalism are great tools for success.

Do you take insurance?
We are out of network for all insurance providers. This means we would receive payment at time of services, but provide you with paperwork to file your own claim. We also try to space your appointments when appropriate to reduce the cost.

What are your fees?
Intake or initial appointment $250
Follow up appointments $150

Do you treat ADD and ADHD?
We do, but only child and adolescents

Do you prescribe benzodiazepines like Xanax or Klonopin?
We do not, but we would love to discuss with you options for the treatment of Anxiety and Panic Disorders that are less dangerous and addictive.

Do you offer therapy or counseling?
We partner with Cypress Counseling Group which has an excellent reputation and well-trained staff.
